Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic HGV Class 2 driver to join our team at MMI Distribution. As a HGV Class 2 driver, you will be responsible for making refrigerated multi-drop deliveries to various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive within the WTD and EU regulations and rules
  • Prep vehicles for delivery
  • Complete vehicle checks
  • Refuel vehicles
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full

Requirements:

  • In-date DIGI and CPC card
  • Minimum 6 months Class 2 experience required
  • No more than 3 points on your licence
  • Willing to work weekends
  • Motivated and open to learn new skills
  • Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work

Shift Availability:

  • Thursday to Monday start between 02:00 - 04:00
  • Wednesday to Sunday start between 02:00 - 04:00
  • Saturday to Wednesday start between 02:00 - 04:00

Pay Rates:

  • Monday – Friday: £15.08 (overtime after 47.5hrs: £16.96)
  • Saturday: £16.96
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays: £22.62

Nights Pay Rates:

  • Monday – Friday: £17.23 (overtime after 47.5hrs: £19.38)
  • Saturday: £19.38
  • Sunday and Bank Holidays: £25.84

Benefits:

  • 30-minute break deducted per shift only
