Champion Continuous Improvement Projects

Develop, improve, and review Standard Operating Procedures to ensure that our processes are optimized and efficient.

Requirements
  • Experience in Process Engineering

Proven experience in a similar process engineering role, with a strong understanding of process engineering principles and practices.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

Strong technical skills and familiarity with process engineering software, including ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards.

Lean Training and Certification

Formal Lean training and certification, with a proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead change, and to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable Qualifications
  • IOSH/NEBOSH Certification

IOSH/NEBOSH certification, demonstrating a strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices.

PLC Programming Experience

Experience with PLC programming, with a strong understanding of automation and control systems.
