Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Assistant to provide operational support to the Fracture Liaison Service in NHS Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning, organization, and coordination of outpatient clinics
  • Extract and validate clinical reports daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Input data into the appointment management system (TRAK)
  • Provide clerical support to the Multi-Disciplinary Team
  • Assist with administrative duties within the department
Requirements
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff from various disciplines
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare setting
