Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for a minimum of 6 months.
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include handling correspondence, maintaining office files, diary management, and coordinating meetings and client appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Maintain and organise office files and records, both electronic and physical.
- Diary management and liaison with operatives and customers.
- Arrange payments to clients as required.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and client appointments.
- Provide a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the overall function of the office.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
