About the Role

We are seeking caring individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in the Witham area.

As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing them with the care and support they need to live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Preparing meals and snacks, and assisting with light housekeeping
  • Encouraging clients to engage in activities and hobbies that bring them joy
  • Building strong relationships with clients and their families

Requirements
