Are you a skilled heating professional with a meticulous approach and a commitment to excellence? We are pleased to present an opportunity for you to become a part of our team at Bromford as a Heating Quality Control Engineer.

You will be accountable to the M&E Heating Service & Repair Programme Manager, ensuring thorough audits and evaluations of heating services. Your responsibilities will encompass both desktop and on-site assessments across designated areas, verifying adherence to our established policies.

Your role will involve:

  • Conducting audits of gas services provided by our internal team, partners, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Performing repairs, maintenance, and installations during peak operational periods as a qualified heating engineer.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A completed recognized apprenticeship with a minimum of NVQ Level 3.
  • Extensive experience in the installation, commissioning, repair, and servicing of domestic gas appliances.
  • A solid understanding of Health and Safety Regulations and proven experience in managing construction sites within a customer-centric environment.

Essential qualifications include:

  • Core Gas Safety Training Certificate CCN1
  • Level 3 Gas Audit qualification
  • Core Commercial Gas Safety COCN1

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word, is crucial. Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to various environments are also important.
