Office Angels is seeking a proactive Administrator to join our client's team in Team Valley, Gateshead. As a key member of the project management team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient processes across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up projects in the CRM system and generate certificates as required
- Process sales orders and maintain logs
- Book pre-start meetings for Project Managers and relevant vendors, and prepare required documentation
- Raise purchase orders and handle stock and material requests and replenishment
- Manage the administrative process for all projects within the team
- Update project programmes and requirements via the in-house system
- Create, print, and distribute site files for the Project team
- Assist with compliance admin duties and raise sub-contractor payment certificates for Project Manager sign-off
- Address invoice queries and create and manage project files
- Scan and file all project returns and maintain business logs
- Handle incoming enquiries and manage shared inboxes
- Proven experience in a strong administrative role with high-level communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various departments and external contacts
- Highly organised with excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Permanent contract with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £29,000 (negotiable depending on experience)
- Location: Team Valley, Gateshead

- 24 days annual leave + birthday off + bank holidays and long service benefits
