Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain a safe environment in the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for all members and visitors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
- Stay alert and attentive at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
Requirements:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent.
- Ability to provide ongoing training records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
