BOXPARK is a dynamic and innovative company that offers a unique experience with its street food, bars, shops, and entertainment under one roof. With a presence in London and expanding to other locations, we are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant General Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of our venues. The successful candidate will have previous experience in high-volume businesses, preferably in the hospitality industry, and will be responsible for liaising with tenants, managing shifts, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and implementing health and safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with tenants and address operational concerns
  • Effectively manage shifts and the on-site team
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Assist with the operations of the Boxpark bar teams
  • Manage and implement health and safety systems
  • Sourcing best value and implementing efficiencies
  • Manage and assist with the production and execution of events

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume businesses, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
