Property Valuation Specialist

Our organization is actively seeking a dedicated property valuer who is energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to grow alongside us as we strive to be the leading estate agents in our area.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in property valuation and demonstrate a positive mindset, ready to embrace challenges and opportunities for growth.

As a prominent family-operated estate agency, we are looking for someone who is prepared to make a meaningful impact on our clients' experiences and enhance the quality of service throughout their property journey.

Position Location: Westhoughton, Chorley Road Branch

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm), with a minimum of one Saturday per month (9am - 2pm)

Key Responsibilities of the Property Valuation Specialist:

  1. Conduct property valuations with precision and efficiency
  2. Establish and nurture strong client relationships
  3. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency
  4. Deliver outstanding customer service
