We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Assessor. In this role, you will use your clinical knowledge and expertise to assess and discuss the impact of disabilities on daily living, creating detailed reports and conducting face-to-face and telephone assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals with disabilities, using your clinical skills to identify and document their needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Produce high-quality reports and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted NMC registration.
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
- A minimum of 1 year post-registration UK experience in a healthcare setting.
