Job Title – Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the technical resolution of incidents, service requests, and project tasks to meet our quality and availability standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Ensure all operational tasks align with service level agreements and continuously seek enhancements to customer service.
- Service Understanding: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the services provided and the associated contractual obligations.
- Incident Management: Actively manage incident and service request queues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to technical and quality standards, including client-specific change control procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address issues to ensure timely resolutions and minimal impact on service delivery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client teams to implement continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Out of Hours Support: Provide necessary support during off-hours as required.
Policy Implementation:
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including employment, security, and data protection regulations. Develop and document best practices within your area of expertise.
Communication:
Foster transparent communication within the team and participate in regular meetings. Effectively articulate business service lines in both written and verbal formats.
Business Acumen:
Understand service cost drivers and optimize performance to enhance service delivery profitability.
Essential Skills & Experience:
The role requires hands-on experience with Cloud-based Windows Infrastructure, specifically:
- Certification in Windows Server (MCSA or MCSE) and Azure technologies (AZ-104).
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2012/16/19.
- Expertise in Active Directory and Office365 administration.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and JSON.
- Strong management skills in Azure cloud platforms.
- Experience with Virtual Server management and NSG management.
