The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cinema Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the running of our multi-faceted cinema operation, which includes a busy fresh food restaurant and cocktail bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the cinema operation, including programming, marketing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including membership sales and local marketing opportunities.
- Lead and motivate a team of cinema staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of service.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including health and safety, food safety, and film classification and licensing laws.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Strong background in cinema operations, with experience in programming, marketing, and customer service.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.
What We Offer

Location
The role is based in the Preston/Blackpool/Lytham St Annes/Lancaster commutable area, and may suit someone who is based in the North and is looking to move or relocate to the area.
