Job Title: Network IT & Digital Domain Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Network IT & Digital Domain. As the Network IT & Digital Domain Lead, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies aligned with NHS England's Pathology Transformation Maturity Matrix, focusing particularly on Domain 5- IT & Digital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT & Digital strategies to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and patient outcomes.
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive innovation in IT & Digital realms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT & Digital projects.
- Manage and maintain IT & Digital infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT & Digital leadership and strategy development.
- Strong understanding of NHS England's Pathology Transformation Maturity Matrix.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
