Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant - Wholesale Retail to support the Retail Marketing Manager in executing the Fanatics Brands annual retail marketing plan across a defined group of wholesale accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Marketing Manager in executing the Fanatics Brands annual retail marketing plan across a defined group of wholesale accounts.
- Develop and execute retail marketing briefs to maximize visibility of Fanatics and Nike product marketing campaigns across a defined group of wholesale accounts.
- Distribute marketing campaign tools to a defined group of wholesale accounts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Executive & Marketing Artworker to ensure the timely distribution of all materials created.
- Compile monthly reports showcasing retailer usage of Fanatics Brands marketing campaigns.
- Develop marketing briefs to create retailer campaign materials.
- Support the planning and execution of seasonal product launches via event planning & catalogue creation.
Requirements
- Understanding of the process behind marketing campaign creation and delivery.
- Knowledge of retail marketing principles via experience within an ecommerce retailer / bricks & mortar retailer OR via brand marketing experience working alongside ecommerce & bricks & mortar retailers.
- At least 2 years' experience of working within a marketing function for a branded consumer goods company OR an ecommerce retailer / bricks & mortar retailer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.
- European languages will be helpful but not essential.
- This role will typically require 10% travel time (retailer facing) and 90% office-based (Manchester).
- You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late-night working.
