Boeing's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor. The ideal candidate will engage in various recruitment activities to effectively meet the organization's talent acquisition objectives in a fair and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

This role encompasses daily talent acquisition functions, including but not limited to:

  • Managing the complete recruitment cycle for permanent employees, contractors, and interns within the designated region.
  • Conducting proactive sourcing for potential candidates through diverse channels, including traditional and social media.
  • Collaborating with the team to build a candidate pool for critical roles and performing proactive sourcing for these positions.
  • Reviewing applicant resumes through our recruitment system for specified regions.
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to comprehend future hiring needs and align them with local HR objectives.
  • Working closely with hiring managers to attract and recruit top talent.
  • Overseeing requisitions and sourcing candidates directly or through the Recruitment Advertising/Sourcing team, managing the process from start to finish.
  • Evaluating recruitment service providers as part of a collaborative team effort when necessary.
  • Assisting with university and internship recruitment initiatives and partnering with the local HR team in all recruitment efforts. Engaging with local universities to promote career opportunities.
  • Performing daily talent acquisition operations, including preparing job advertisements, web postings, and job descriptions in line with the organization's recruitment standards.
  • Sourcing candidates using various tools, including resume databases and professional networks.
  • Engaging candidates about Boeing opportunities and clarifying role requirements.
  • Coordinating interview schedules and developing relevant interview questions in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure efficient and equitable interviews.
  • Representing the organization at job fairs and other recruitment events to provide potential candidates with insights into our recruitment activities.
  • Collaborating with the team to monitor recruitment progress and track key talent acquisition metrics, systematically reporting status to Business Partners, HR, and Talent Acquisition Leadership.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external suppliers and business partners, including Recruitment Advertising and Supplier Management.
  • Adapting duties as necessary based on business needs and Talent Acquisition Leadership directives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a multinational corporation or agency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process and familiarity with contractor, permanent, and outsourcing services.
  • Responsible for recruitment activities primarily in the UK and Europe for Boeing Commercial BU, with support for the Middle East and Africa region.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking); knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Competence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (e.g., Workday) is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages is beneficial.
  • A strong track record in recruitment within a multinational company or recruiting firm is advantageous.
  • Experience in HR business partnering or consulting is a plus.
  • An aptitude for data interpretation and analysis is helpful.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with time-sensitive recruitment activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a sense of urgency.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and a proven ability to perform under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of the role.
  • Initiative to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Knowledge of local HR policies related to recruitment and resourcing.

Typical Education/Experience:

Education and experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor's degree) and generally 6 or more years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Authorization:

This position is for a locally hired role in the UK. Candidates must possess current legal authorization to work in the United Kingdom. Boeing will not sponsor immigration or labor sponsorship for applicants.
