Electric Vehicle Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Electric Vehicle Sales Specialist to join our team at Octopus Energy. As an EV Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in introducing our new electric vehicle leasing product to the market and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify and engage customers interested in purchasing an electric vehicle, identifying the right vehicle for their needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead to order, and deliver sales in line with targets.
- Continuously plan and target the acquisition of new customers through extensive product and process testing.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales customer care.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales pipeline growth.
- Proactively seek and record customer feedback to ensure a high-quality customer experience and business growth.
- A valid UK driving license is required for test drives and travel.
- Previous B2C sales experience and/or a strong passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, and/or the automotive industry.
- A start-up/entrepreneurial mindset to adapt to ongoing change in a fast-moving business.
- Flexibility in working hours/days, with potential participation in weekend events and travel for on-road activities.
- Proven track record of working in a target-driven role with excellent customer service.
- A genuine passion for going above and beyond for customers and business growth.
