About the Role:

The London School Alliance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Swimming Teacher to join our team at one of our partnered all-through schools in Newham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver engaging swimming lessons for primary and secondary school students, catering to their varying skill levels and needs.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during swimming sessions, maintaining a secure and supportive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with school staff to integrate swimming education into the curriculum, promoting a holistic approach to student development.
  • Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Organize and supervise swimming events and competitions, fostering a sense of community and school spirit.

Requirements:
