We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Ward Clerk. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide administrative support to our clinical staff and patients, ensuring the smooth running of our Bone Unit.
Main Responsibilities- Provide general assistance to patients and staff, promoting a positive and friendly image of our organization.
- Receive, assist, and direct patients to the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Undertake various administrative duties, including clerical support to clinical staff and other team members.
- Facilitate effective communication between patients, staff, and other healthcare agencies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
