We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Administrator to join our team in Braintree. As part of our clients' friendly team, you will work on a rota basis, sharing responsibility for the goods in, dispatch, and off hire departments.
Key Responsibilities- Book products in for service and repair
- Arrange and book collections of orders
- Match orders to relevant purchase orders
- Keep customers updated on the status of their order
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Conduct thorough checks before off hiring products to ensure no damages
- Clean and efficiently store away products
- Generate reports to ensure accurate invoicing
- Process hires and orders daily
- Act as the main point of contact for incoming calls, redirecting to relevant departments
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- IT literate, knowledge of Word, Access, and Sage software packages is desirable
- Keen to learn and take on new challenges
- Hardworking team player, willing to collaborate and support colleagues
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines
