Design Engineer Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team at C-Tech Recruitment. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products from concept through to completion. You will also modify existing machinery to meet bespoke customer requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Design and develop new products using Solid Works / Solid Edge / Creo or similar software
* Modify existing range of machinery to meet customer needs
* Produce working drawings and engineering specifications, including BOMs and operator manuals
* Specify components for new and existing products
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations

**Requirements**

* Experience in full product design in a heavy engineering environment
* Competent in the use of Solid Works / Solid Edge / Creo or similar software
* Creative and innovative thinker with good interpersonal skills

**What We Offer**

* Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 plus benefits
