Treasury Markets Finance Director

We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Treasury Markets Finance team in London. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and optimize key market risks, particularly FX risks, and excess liquidity and funding strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Treasury for APAC and MENA, you'll work closely with our Product teams to co-own FX-linked product strategy and optimize setup with card schemes and Alternative Payment Method (APM) partners to optimize FX P&L, risks, and client experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic direction and oversight to measure, monitor, and optimize key market risks, particularly FX risks.
- Co-owning FX-linked product strategy with our Product teams and optimizing setup with card schemes and APM partners.
- Building out market-facing and execution capabilities by working with counterparties to broaden FX capabilities and diversify counterparties.
- Defining and implementing excess liquidity investment strategy, optimizing the balance between investment returns, liquidity, and business needs.
- Designing and building MI and market risk reports, procedures, and controls to report and manage market risks.
- Presenting on Treasury Markets/FX topics to key senior committees.
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of experience managing and optimizing FX and short-term interest rates in an international setup.
- Experience with setting up frameworks and building capabilities from scratch, including financial modeling and P&L and risk analytics.
