About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee the construction of a new mixed-use development in the Bolton area. The successful candidate will have previous experience in managing residential or commercial projects and will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement construction schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and safety records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Relevant additional certifications or qualifications in construction management, health and safety, or related fields are desirable.
