We view our talent as a vital enabler of our growth, not merely a driver. To this end, we're seeking a High-Performance Talent Specialist to join our HR team. This role will be critical in developing our talent across each business and driving high performance in the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing career maps for each business function and area to support high performance.
- Collaborating with Line Managers to devise Growth Plans for high-performing employees, further driving performance levels.
- Supporting the quarterly performance review process and attending individual performance reviews to ensure continuous high performance.
- Collaborating with the Sales Trainer to develop comprehensive training plans for our people, focusing on enhancing performance.
- Promoting a consistent approach in managing and developing high-performing talent.
- Regularly reporting on the talent management process and its impact on performance.
- Assisting with change management projects, ensuring high performance is maintained during transitions.
- Owning communications for HR, including the creation and distribution of a HR newsletter.
- Previous experience in a Talent role is essential.
- A keen interest in business and a drive for high performance.
- Demonstrable evidence of a Growth mindset and a focus on performance.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining high performance in all areas.
