Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Trinity Resource Solutions. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial and operational aspects of our Scheduling Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Scheduling Team to ensure seamless dispatching of Engineers, planning of installations, and maintenance services across all service areas.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and scheduling appointments in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with key customers to deliver added value services and ensure their needs are met.
  • Ensure all emails in the Dispatching folder are responded to within 24 hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a Dispatch or Scheduler or Planner role.
  • Excellent people management skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated character with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Access would be an advantage.
