Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our regional team, you will be responsible for delivering, servicing, repairing, maintaining, and installing commercial building services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and maintain gas appliances, central heating plant, and plant room equipment.
- Attend reactive, diagnostic, and emergency repair calls, including liaison with colleagues and suppliers to obtain information on parts, costs, and lead times.
- Install and carry out site works associated with the installation of gas appliances, central heating plant, and plant room equipment.
- Provide guidance on the operation and management of assets and advise on replacement or upgrade rather than repair.
- Deliver contracted performance targets and CMS expectations, including health and safety, work standards, PACE, and conformity with core processes and workflows.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for one of your regional team's key technical competencies.
- Be an enthusiastic ambassador for our business, consistently living our values, exceeding customer expectations, promoting our brand, and delivering the bottom line.

- Experienced in Commercial Mechanical Services, Heating and Hot Water Services
- Current Driving License and able to work in the UK
