As a Senior Scrub Practitioner, your duties will encompass:
- Assuming the circulation role while fostering a patient-centered approach in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
- Executing scrub responsibilities in accordance with established policies and procedures, thereby enhancing quality assurance and advocating for evidence-based practices.
- Conducting all tasks with professionalism and competence, including mandatory surgical assessments before, during, and after wound closure.
- Organizing, overseeing, preparing, and managing the utilization of surgical instruments and medications throughout various surgical interventions.
