Production Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Production Assistant to join our food production and deli team at Henderson Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and store goods-in, adhering to legislative requirements, quality specifications, and shelf life.
- Keep machines and production areas clean and tidy, maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
- Ensure accurate information is printed on labels, including use-by dates, prices, and other relevant details, in line with food labelling regulations.
- Manage packaging and other items, ensuring they are stored correctly and efficiently.
- Previous experience working in a catering and/or hospitality kitchen environment.
- A flair and enthusiasm for cooking with fresh quality ingredients.
- Ability to work at pace, ensuring the highest quality of food while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office.
