Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Automotive Workshop Manager to join our team at Perfect Placement. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate work to technicians within the workshop, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure that all associated administration is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
- Supervise a team of vehicle technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Comply with health and safety regulations, ensuring that the workshop is a safe place to work.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an automotive workshop.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- A full and valid UK driving license.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop.
