Job Summary:

The Marketing Assistant and Personal Assistant role is a critical position that supports the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and ensures the office is well-organized and efficient. This role requires a highly organized and enthusiastic individual who can juggle multiple tasks and prioritize important jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website and Marketing Activities: Assist in making optimizations to the website to improve conversions based on data and feedback, work collaboratively with developers to fix website issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Administration and Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, administer affiliates, and contribute to strategic plans to grow the affiliate team. Organize events, draft mailouts, and support the organization and categorization of mailing lists.
  • Office Administration: Ensure the office is well-stocked and organized, order stationery and supplies, take meter readings, and perform ad hoc services to support the office working efficiently.
  • Research and Development: Research procurement of ingredients, develop relationships with partners, and act as a Personal Assistant for the Founders and Managing Director.
  • Team Support: Support the needs of the team and promote a harmonious environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in marketing or sales activities.
  • Skills: Highly organized and efficient, able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize important jobs, enthusiastic and energetic, and understanding of the basics of health and interest in the microbiome.
