Project Manager Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Talent Finder. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring that all team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including equipment, materials, and personnel.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are met, including quality, timeline, and budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a project management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
