A leading manufacturer in Telford is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to support business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to local management, group, shareholders, and external stakeholders.
- FP&A: Develop and present budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business decision-making.
- Business Partnering: Provide cross-functional support and financial expertise to support business growth and development.
- Financial Controls and Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and systems.
- Company Secretarial duties: Manage company secretarial responsibilities, including compliance and governance.
- Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with leadership experience within a manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to both SME and larger corporate environments.
- Confident and credible to operate and influence at an executive level.
- Sound technical acumen and commercial thinking.
- Basic salary up to £80,000pa.
- Fully expensed car or £13,000 allowance.
- Bonus up to 15%.
- Private Medical Insurance.
- Life Cover.
- Pension.
- 25 days annual leave, rising to 27 (plus bank holidays).
This is a fully office-based role, requiring applicants to live within easy commuting distance of Telford. If you are a motivated and experienced manufacturing finance professional, we would love to hear from you.
