Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Till Operator at Boundary Mill. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist customers with queries and provide product information, promoting our premium brands and services.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive store environment.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date with new products and promotions.
  • Ensure a high level of housekeeping standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Previous experience of cash handling is preferred, but full training is provided.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong numeracy and computer literacy skills, with the ability to operate a cash register and use a variety of software systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Manual handling, lifting weights of up to 15kg.
