Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Founding Software Architect to join our team and work closely with our CTO to develop customer-facing software for submitting and tracking claims. The ideal candidate will have a passion for shipping quickly, a strong ability to develop scalable and straightforward systems, and experience hosting applications with AWS/GCP/Azure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain an internal machine learning-powered claim handling system
  • Work closely with internal and external customers to understand how today's claim handling process can be improved
  • Collaborate with the CTO to develop customer-facing software for submitting and tracking claims
Requirements
  • 2-7 years of experience in full-stack development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
  • Experience with SQL and Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs)
  • Strong ability to work closely with users to understand their needs
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
