About the Role

Ciphr is seeking an experienced CRM Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise in the use of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide first and second-line support for HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and wider CRM systems and integrations, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Configuration and Customization: Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, plus wider CRM related systems and integrations, to meet the needs of various business units.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain documentation for CRM processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, ensuring high availability and optimal functionality of the CRM systems.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and implement new features and system updates.
Requirements
  • CRM Experience: Strong understanding of CRM concepts and experience with HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems, and related integrations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM configuration, customization, and integration. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
