Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Store Keeper with MEP background to join our team at Proman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material storage and organization, distribution and issuance, record keeping and reporting, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of MEP materials and components.
    • Accurately record incoming and outgoing MEP inventory items in the inventory management system.
    • Reorder supplies when stock levels fall below predetermined levels to ensure availability.
  • Receiving and Inspection:
    • Receive incoming shipments of MEP materials and equipment.
    • Inspect the quality and quantity of received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
    • Document any discrepancies or damages in received goods and communicate with suppliers for resolution.
  • Storage and Organization:
    • Properly store and organize MEP materials and equipment in designated storage areas.
  • Distribution and Issuance:
    • Pick and pack MEP materials and tools for distribution to various job sites or departments.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.

Requirements:

  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with MEP materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in recording and monitoring inventory levels.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment safely.
  • Computer Proficiency: Experience with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
