We are seeking an experienced Associate Director/Senior Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Practice in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering major multi-disciplinary projects from concept to construction, working on our expanding portfolio of large and complex projects across various market sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the project team, building and motivating them to achieve project objectives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement project delivery strategies, identifying and managing potential risks, and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing and effective credit control.
- Assemble and own the project delivery programme and delivery plans, protecting the commercial interest of AtkinsRéalis and ensuring optimal cash flow.
- Closing out projects on completion, archiving project documentation, and capturing lessons learned for future improvement.
- Chartered Engineer/Architect or equivalent with experience managing design, build, and/or operate commissions on large infrastructure projects.
- Market sector experience across Water Infrastructure, Rail, Aviation, Defence, Energy, and Urban Development projects.
- Understanding and experience in deploying various forms of construction contracts, particularly NEC3 or 4.
- Experience in managing design projects to time, cost, and quality objectives, and familiarity with programming and earned value techniques.
- Familiarity with BIM and 3D modelling tools for design and coordination purposes.
