- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ensuring staff follow checklists and procedures.
- Manage stock and cellar operations, including line cleans and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Manage conflicts and difficult situations in a fair and respectful manner.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve operations and customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Computer literacy within Excel, Google Sheets, and Drive.
- Able to work evenings and weekends, as required.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Personal License.
- Experience in stock and cellar management.
- Back-of-house knowledge.
- Basic maintenance and DIY skills.
- Conflict management experience.
- SIA knowledge and understanding.
- Cask ale management.
- Beer, wine, and spirit knowledge.
- Proficient in line clean.
Compensation:
- Up to £16.75/hour.
