Job Title: Lead Technical Integration Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Integration Engineer to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our Digital Media Solutions practice, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with global teams to provide technical consulting, advanced troubleshooting, and subject matter expertise for both third-party and Epsilon's proprietary ad server platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with top-tier clients and internal stakeholders on technical implementation topics, providing support for complex website tagging, third-party tags, and app integrations for client campaigns.
  2. Collaborate and guide cross-functional teams globally as a technical subject matter expert through integration projects involving multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  3. Manage and mentor a regional team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of their output while serving as the primary point of escalation.
  4. Inspire and motivate team members across multiple global regions by providing growth opportunities through impactful goals and cross-training initiatives.
  5. Work with Product and Engineering QA to coordinate testing strategies and monitoring plans, and lead validation testing for Operations.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong command of SQL, proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and Python, and able to write technical documentation and training materials. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in finding solutions and understanding their underlying mechanisms, with a working knowledge of networking concepts and tools such as Chrome Debugger and HTTP Proxy applications.
