Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in neighbourhood planning, community engagement, and place shaping.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of neighbourhood planning policies and legislation, including the Localism Act and the Housing and Planning Act.
