- Attend to residents' and visitors' needs and wants, providing timely and efficient support.
- Assist with daily administration, including record-keeping and communication with residents and management.
- Conduct regular building checks to ensure the property is well-maintained and secure.
- Manage keys and parcels, ensuring secure and efficient delivery.
- Perform basic DIY tasks as required, including maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee tradesmen working on site, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- At least 1+ years' experience working as a Residential Concierge or in a similar role.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights, to cover 35 hours per week.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with residents, management, and colleagues.
- Competitive salary of £29,400 per annum.
- IOSH, Mental Health & First Aid Training funded.
