Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet residents and their guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Attend to residents' and visitors' needs and wants, providing timely and efficient support.
  • Assist with daily administration, including record-keeping and communication with residents and management.
  • Conduct regular building checks to ensure the property is well-maintained and secure.

Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years' experience working as a Residential Concierge or in a similar role.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days and nights, to cover 35 hours per week.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with residents, management, and colleagues.
