We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Kudos, a specialist supported accommodation provider for young people aged 16+.

About the Role:

  • Provide support and guidance to young people in our care, helping them to develop life skills and achieve their goals.
  • Work in a 1:2 shift pattern, with sleep ins from 23:00 to 07:00.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, and provide emotional support when needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure the young people in our care receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • UK driving licence
  • Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
  • QCF/NVQ level 2 qualification
