Business Support Administrator

Join Parkwood Holdings Limited, a leading provider of green services to private and public sector businesses, as a Business Support Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a market leader in the UK Grounds Maintenance industry.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to provide general administration, finance, and office management support to our Business Support Team, Finance Team, and Operations teams across 10 depots in the North Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ordering and sourcing of office and grounds maintenance materials
  • Filing, photocopying, archiving, purchase ledger, HR admin, payroll, and invoicing
  • Monitoring and responding to phone calls and emails in line with company processes and procedures
Requirements

We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic, and organized individual with strong communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with peers, clients, and suppliers at all levels in a professional manner.
