Mobile Software Implementation Educator - Digital Care Solutions

Role Type: Trainer. Software. Deployment. Mobile. Application.

Compensation: £140-£150 per day, inside IR35. Remote work with significant travel requirements.

Our organization, IDPP, a prominent entity in the social care sector, is seeking several Mobile Software Implementation Educators to facilitate the deployment of innovative digital solutions across various care facilities. This contract role is anticipated to last up to 12 months, focusing on the introduction of a new application across all operational sites.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with clients and essential stakeholders throughout the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless customer experience in a dynamic environment. We are in search of proactive and diverse individuals who can effectively engage with our clientele.

Your responsibilities will include managing change and aligning with the strategic objectives of the client's Digital Care initiative.

This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with strong interpersonal skills and relevant experience seeking a new challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative for the software rollout, serving as the main contact for senior team members.
  • Address initial inquiries from services and triage as necessary.
  • Possess a comprehensive technical understanding of the software being deployed and its architecture.
  • Provide training and coaching to both new and existing staff to ensure proficiency in the software.
  • Assist in installing the software on all devices utilized at each location.
  • Coordinate with the IT Team and Implementation Managers to resolve local technical challenges.
  • Be present on-site for 3 to 5 days during the workweek across various locations to support implementation efforts.
  • Availability for occasional out-of-hours work to assist with the client's 24-hour service requirements.

Travel: Frequent travel to designated sites is required. A valid driving license is essential.

Candidate Profile:

  • Technologically adept with a background in technical fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; approachable, friendly, and patient demeanor.
  • Ability to confidently present to diverse audiences, including large groups.
  • Strong relationship management and organizational capabilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Experience in training individuals on software usage is preferred.
  • Good time management skills and flexibility to travel as needed.

Experience Required:

  • Solid technical knowledge of mobile applications and software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Visio, etc.).
  • Experience with large-scale digital project implementations is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the health and social care sector is desirable.
  • Understanding of the social care and healthcare sectors is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with project management best practices.

Qualifications Required:

  • A full UK driving license is mandatory.
  • A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Must be able to pass a DBS check.
