Position: Clinical Psychologist Specialist
Location: Support for multiple educational institutions
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Compensation: £55,000 - £60,000 depending on experience, plus a £3,000 vehicle allowance
Employment Type: Permanent, 41 weeks per year
Requirements: Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle
We are in search of a Clinical Psychologist Specialist who possesses strong leadership capabilities. In this role, you will provide support across various sites while contributing to the establishment of a new educational facility. Your focus will be on collaborative strategies with the leadership team and engaging with other clinical professionals in the area. Additionally, you will oversee at least one Assistant Psychologist.

Role Overview
As we expand our clinical services, we are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist Specialist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to create tailored assessment and intervention strategies for our students. You will manage a caseload alongside other clinicians, benefiting from the support of our experienced Clinical Team. Your contributions will also include staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. Essential Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
- Registered with the HCPC and relevant professional body
- Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Background in working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex needs
- Proven ability to lead and manage strategically
- Collaborative working skills with various stakeholders
- Conflict resolution skills
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Significant post-qualification experience with adults
- Experience in teaching or training
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle
- Data management skills for service delivery and development
