About the Role

As a Pub Operator with Craft Union Pub Company, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. You'll work closely with our regional manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pub's operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with our regional manager to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
What We Offer

We offer a competitive package, including:

  • Boosted Operator Earnings of 20% of net revenue: £83,200 and that's just the baseline
  • Supercharge Your Income: Take home an additional 10% of sales above budget when you manage a high-volume pub
  • Rent-free Accommodation (where applicable)
  • Full Utilities Paid: Gas, Electric & Water (for the entire building including the accommodation)
  • Cost of Sky & TNT Sports Included (pay-per-view events agreed upon with your Regional Manager)
  • Security & Entertainment Packages Available (as agreed with your Regional Manager)

The Beau Geste is a well-established pub in the heart of Ashton-under-Lyne, with a strong reputation for excellent customer service and a wide range of drinks and food options. We're looking for an experienced operator who can build on this success and drive sales growth.
