Warehouse Operative Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven Warehouse Operative to join our team at CastleView Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Select items for different orders and pack them ready for delivery
  • Use handheld scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels

Working Hours:

Shifts are available in the morning (10am-6pm) and afternoon (2pm-10pm or 4pm-10pm). Overtime is available after working 37.5 hours in a week, paid at a rate of £17.16-£23.28 per hour.

What We Offer:

All training provided to ensure your success in the role. A competitive hourly rate of £11.44-£23.28 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. A supportive and friendly team environment.
