We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to oversee our supported accommodation project in Devon. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the welfare, achievements, and positive outcomes of young people living in our accommodation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide resettlement support and life skills training to residents
  • Act as a key worker to residents, taking responsibility for the building while on shift
  • Manage a team of Housing Support Workers
  • Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota providing emergency support for the project
