  • Support individuals with complex learning, physical, and behavioral difficulties in community, supported living, or residential care settings.
  • Work a variety of shifts, including Early, Late, Long Day, and Waking Night shifts, to accommodate your needs and preferences.
  • Provide behavioral support, including de-escalating challenging behaviors, and physical care, such as personal care and the use of hoists, as needed.
  • Assist with domestic duties, such as meal preparation and light household tasks.

Requirements:

  • Relevant social care experience, including Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker, or Teaching Assistant roles.

  • Willingness to support individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors.
