About the Role

Creative Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events and projects across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement audio, lighting, and video systems for events and projects
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Lead onsite teams and ensure smooth event execution
  • Contribute to business development opportunities and present to clients
  • Manage technical project management for live events

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in technical project management, with experience in audio, AV, and lighting systems. You will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality events and projects, and be able to design and implement AV/audio/lighting systems using CAD design software.

Requirements

  • Specialist in at least one technical competency from audio, AV, lighting
  • Ability to design and implement AV/audio/lighting systems
  • Experience with CAD design software
  • Proven track record of technical project management in live events
  • Full UK driver's license
